1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, organization, role.
- Billing data: billing address, VAT number, and subscription history. Card and payment details are handled entirely by Mollie — we never see or store your card data.
- Project content: uploaded imagery, floorplans, screenshots, and the renders/iterations generated from them.
- Usage data: log-in activity, feature usage, and generation history, used for support and abuse prevention.
2. Processors
We share data with the following processors, each for a specific purpose:
- Mollie — payment processing (we never receive your card details).
- Cloudflare R2 — object storage for uploaded imagery and generated renders. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served through Cloudflare’s global network; no specific storage region is guaranteed.
- Amazon SES — transactional email (billing receipts, account notifications).
- AI/LLM providers — process image and prompt data solely to generate your renders; data is not used to train third-party models.
3. Retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required by Belgian tax and accounting law thereafter. Project content is kept until you delete it or close your account, after which it is removed within a reasonable period.
4. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly from your account settings; for anything else, contact us using the details below.
- Access & export — request a full export of your data (profile, project content, and your uploaded/generated files) from Account → Data. Exports are ready as a download link within a few minutes, valid for 7 days.
- Deletion — start account deletion from Account → Data. You have 30 days to recover the account before it is permanently and irreversibly purged. Purge archives a full copy of your data before erasure and retains it for 180 days for legal/dispute purposes only, then it too is deleted.
- Some records are retained after deletion where the law requires it — invoices and payment records (accounting/tax retention), with your personal account link removed from them.
5. Cookies
Portal uses only a small number of strictly-necessary, httpOnly cookies — principally your pb_auth login-session cookie (and an equivalent for the admin area). They keep you signed in and cannot be read by client-side scripts. We set no third-party, advertising, or analytics tracking cookies.
